Premiere Home and Nursing Care Inc. provides quality nursing care to clients who require support in their own homes. We deliver in-home nursing care for our clients. The need for this type of care is increasing in today’s aging society and especially in the Niagara region. Premiere Home and Nursing Care Inc. functions in the community to provide client-centred services aimed at maximizing the independence and health of the individual.
Our Nursing and Care Process
Premiere Home and Nursing Care Inc. will complete a thorough clinical assessment of the client and put in place a care plan. Often, a house-bound client has needs that fall short of the requirement of RNs or RPNs. Premiere Home and Nursing Care Inc. will endeavour to supply resources and care providers to meet these needs, as determined through a home healthcare needs assessment.
